Because the service consumes computational resources and third-party algorithmic API limits to process the exact user birth details immediately, we follow a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO CANCELLATION policy.

Once a successful transaction is processed through our payment gateway, the system automatically fetches and renders the Kundali data. Therefore, the payment cannot be reversed.

If you face a technical issue where the payment was deducted from your bank but the report was not generated, please contact us immediately at indiahood.in@gmail.com. Our technical team will resolve the issue by manually delivering your report.
